Provide vocational assessment on individuals injured at their employment site to determine employability in the occupation at time of injury.  Work with employers to determine feasibility of return to work in a modified job or light duty.  For injured workers unable to return to work in a prior occupation due to their injury develop a return to work plan.  Case manage injured workers while in training.

 

 

Social Security Expert Witness Program

TRAC's Vocational Experts (VEs) provide expert evidence at hearings before an administrative law judge (ALJ) to determine employability. Based on our extensive knowledge of the Social Security Administration regulations, listings, and vocational grids, we evaluate a person's ability to perform substantial gainful work activity. The vocational evaluation consists of a record review, vocational diagnostic interview, work and transferable skills analysis, and when necessary, testing to make a determination of the claimants ability to perform gainful work activity.

Provide comprehensive assessment, case management, and job placement for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Insurance recipients.  Provide job retention services for up to sixty months.
